A passage of Scripture found in Acts 27 concerning the storm of Euroclydon is a prophetic passage for this hour against America.  Here is the passage;

 

Act 27:13 And when the south wind blew softly, supposing that they had obtained [their] purpose, loosing [thence], they sailed close by Crete.

 

1. A SOUTH WIND BLEW SOFTLY: This South wind is a spirit of deception and seduction. The Governor of the ship SUPPOSED that everything was now okay to make the journey. He was wrong. There is a South wind blowing in America at this time wherein the leaders of the nation SUPPOSE that they can now OBTAIN THEIR PURPOSE, which is to make war against Iran. The analysts and strategists believe they have covered all the bases when in fact they know not what is brewing out at sea. Spirits of deception and seduction have gained their power over the minds of men whose hearts are unredeemed and unregenerate and who do NOT have the PURPOSE of God in view.


2. SUPPOSING THEY HAD OBTAINED THEIR PURPOSE: The leaders in America are Blind Guides! Their opinions are misguided because of the spirits of deception and seduction and they have been made to believe the lie because they refused to repent at the preaching of the Gospel. Again, the leaders of America, especially the president should have taken their reigns of power and spoken to the American population over the airwaves and have called them to repentance for the national sins that have been committed against God; i.e. Fifty Million Murdered Babies in the womb, (changing judges is not enough) the advocation and allowance of the Homosexual community to parade itself before the eyes of children, and many more crimes against God they have permitted. Yet they believe their goal of world domination can now be obtained. What they have not counted on is the storm that shall arise by the Hand of Almighty God!


3. LOOSING THENCE, THEY SAILED: The winds of WAR are blowing again and the nation is about to set sail against a nation that should be easily defeated. The words and commands have been loosed, and America is about to sail into the greatest storm she has ever known. Even now arrangements are being made for this War. The strategy rooms are humming with ideas and schemes. Everything is being revved up. Battle plans are ready, red phones ring everywhere; IT IS TIME TO LOOSE THE PLAN. These are the opinions of men, who believe they have OBTAINED THEIR PURPOSE.

Act 27:14  But not long after there arose against it a tempestuous wind, called Euroclydon.

 

1. BUT NOT LONG AFTER: Once the nation has made its move against Iran, something is going to change that they did not expect and did not see coming. When you see this sword of War and the President declaring war against Iran publicly, you MUST take heed and be ready for what will follow.

 

2. THERE AROSE AGAINST IT A TEMPESTUOUS WIND: Note the definition of TEMPESTUOUS;

 

1) like a whirlwind, tempestuous

 

A hurricane of disaster will arise against the U.S. wherein multiplied millions of people will lose their lives. A whirlwind, a typhoon of power will strike the U.S. shortly after the war begins with Iran. Unlike the salvation of the men upon the ship we are speaking about in the Scripture, American lives will be lost due to this storm of violence that will be released. We have already seen the forerunner disasters during the last seven years in America, especially the multiple hurricanes that devastated much of the Eastern Seaboard of the U.S. Hurricane Katrina was a WARNING JUDGMENT, as was 9-11, to awaken the nation and bring it to its knees in prayer, but now the rock will crush the nation to powder, because America would not be broken and humbled before God, but went right on doing what its opinions demanded.

 

      3. CALLED EUROCLYDON: This tempestuous wind has a name and its name is EUROCLYDON. Here is the definition;

 

Euraquilo = "a north east wind" or variant reading Euroclydon = "a violent agitation"

1) wind raising mighty waves

2) a wind causing broad waves

 

Note the EUROS above. Here I would like to go into detail concerning the rising Eurodollar and the sinking dollar, and the new AMERODOLLAR that will be attempted, but time does not permit. This NORTH EAST WIND is a sign of where the VIOLENT AGITATION will be coming from. North=Russia, East=China. The Wind will blow through and stir up the Middle East and make its way to U.S.A.

If we can understand Bible Prophecy in Daniel Chapter Seven we will see a great picture and a glorious event that will take place in the midst of what is about to take place. Let’s look at the second verse in Daniel seven in the Amplified Bible;

 

Dan. 7:2 “DANIEL SAID, I SAW IN MY VISION BY NIGHT, AND BEHOLD, THE FOUR WINDS OF THE HEAVENS [POLITICAL AND SOCIAL AGITATIONS] WERE STIRRING UP THE GREAT SEA [THE NATIONS OF THE WORLD]”

 

In context, this verse goes on to speak about four great beasts, with the fourth being more terrible than the rest. As you take the time to read Daniel Seven, note how Judgment was given to the saints to take away the dominion from the fourth Beast. I have written extensively on this chapter and will share more later. A companion verse to verse two in Daniel seven is;

 

 Rev 7:1  And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.  Rev 7:2  And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,  Rev 7:3  Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.  Rev 7:4  And I heard the number of them which were sealed: [and there were] sealed an hundred [and] forty [and] four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.

 

A Tempestuous wind is stirring just beyond the SOFT SOUTH WIND of DECEPTION AND SEDUCTION. Be ready, your shipmasters have given you no choice but to sail with them. And they have steered this ship right into the belly of hell itself.

 

 Act 27:15  And when the ship was caught, and could not bear up into the wind, we let [her] drive.

 

1. AND WHEN THE SHIP WAS CAUGHT: America will be caught in the storm of Euroclydon and there will be no escape. This storm is deigned to destroy the systems within America that are manmade and are reeking with humanistic ideas and agendas. What was once a great and glorious nation carrying glorious cargo (CHRIST) around the world has exchanged its cargo for the filth and degradation of human lust and has transported its evil around the world and is now ready for the righteous judgment of God. To be caught is to be snared and trapped. These words come from the Greek word SCANDALON, which means SCANDAL. There are many scandals that have ensnared the population of America, many, many, I say MANY scandals that have trapped the people and now the people are being led to the slaughter and they know it not! WAKE UP AMERICA! YOUR HOUR OF JUDGMENT IS NEAR!

 

          2.AND COULD NOT BEAR UP INTO THE WIND: It is interesting that the word BEAR is in this verse, seeing that Russia is called the BEAR. America will not be able to BEAR UP INTO THE WIND. The phrase BEAR UP means;

 

 

The force of the storm that is coming will be so severe that America will not be able to look it in the eye! Don’t be afraid saints of God! There is great News to be given just ahead for those who love the Lamb and follow Him wheresoever He goes. Because America has sinned against God and has refused to repent, a devastating wind will be released against her after she has supposed that she has obtained her purpose. America no longer has the purpose of God in view but has been deceived and seduced to believe the lie, and has gone after her own purpose. She will not be able to WITHSTAND the force of violence. Oh Father help now your people to be ready!

 

3. WE LET HER DRIVE: Once the war begins and the tempestuous storm arises against America, the destruction will be so great that none will desire the reigns of power. There will be no hope or fair speeches anymore from the politicians that suppose they can CHANGE AMERICA. There will be no ability to change, and every man will “LET HER DRIVE.” America will be at the mercy of the sea and wind, for God who judges her is great! Every system will fail! Every way of life Americans have known will be utterly destroyed and perish from among them. There will be no sporting events to ease the tension! There will be no Operas or Theatres! Listen to the Word of the Lord!

 

 

 

The next few verses describe the state of the nation during the storm.

 

 Act 27:16  And running under a certain island which is called Clauda, we had much work to come by the boat:  Act 27:17  Which when they had taken up, they used helps, undergirding the ship; and, fearing lest they should fall into the quicksands, strake sail, and so were driven.  Act 27:18  And we being exceedingly tossed with a tempest, the next [day] they lightened the ship;

 

Oh America, America, She who God shed His Grace upon, why would you not turn at His reproof? What horrors await you, simply because you would not honor the KING, because of the FEAR OF MEN…

 

Act 27:19  And the third [day] we cast out with our own hands the tackling of the ship. It is the Prophetic Third Day of the Lord! It is time to cast out the TACKLING…This is all the STUFF we as Americans have stored up for the DAY OF WRATH!

 

 Act 27:20  And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small tempest lay on [us], all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.

 

1. AND WHEN NEITHER SUN NOR STARS IN MANY DAYS APPEARED: The storm clouds shall eclipse the sun, moon and stars. There will be no vision, no direction and no appearing of light. Listen to what the prophet Isaiah said;

 

Isa 47:8 ¶ Therefore hear now this, [thou that art] given to pleasures, (AMERICA) that dwellest carelessly, that sayest in thine heart, I [am], and none else beside me; I shall not sit [as] a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children:  Isa 47:9  But these two [things] shall come to thee in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood: they shall come upon thee in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, [and] for the great abundance of thine enchantments.  Isa 47:10  For thou hast trusted in thy wickedness: thou hast said, None seeth me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted thee; and thou hast said in thine heart, I [am], and none else beside me.  Isa 47:11  Therefore shall evil come upon thee; thou shalt not know from whence it riseth: and mischief shall fall upon thee; thou shalt not be able to put it off: and desolation shall come upon thee suddenly, [which] thou shalt not know.  Isa 47:12 ¶ Stand now with thine enchantments, and with the multitude of thy sorceries, wherein thou hast laboured from thy youth; if so be thou shalt be able to profit, if so be thou mayest prevail.  Isa 47:13  Thou art wearied in the multitude of thy counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from [these things] that shall come upon thee.  Isa 47:14  Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: [there shall] not [be] a coal to warm at, [nor] fire to sit before it. Isa 47:15  Thus shall they be unto thee with whom thou hast laboured, [even] thy merchants, from thy youth: they shall wander every one to his quarter; none shall save thee.

 

For many years American leaders have looked to the stars for their wisdom, but not the DAYSTAR HIMSELF! Very famous people within the political arena have called themselves CHRISTIANS while they have looked to the Stargazers, Astrologers and Prognosticators to give them their lead. All of this will end when the storm comes.

 

2. AND NO SMALL TEMPEST LAY ON US: This which shall come will be no small tempest. None of us who are alive today understand what 9-11 was like, to have experienced the death and destruction of that awful day. Yet, the experts today know that a great Hiroshima is going to erupt in the U.S. they just don’t know when. Well now they can know for sure that after we go to war with Iran, the Hiroshima in America will come. That day will be no small thing. There will be a release of seven to fifteen Nuclear weapons and or Dirty bombs in seven to fifteen major cities across America on the same day during the same hour. Where will you be? You will be right in the midst of this storm no matter where you are. It will have an effect upon you, unless you have been prepared. These detonations are just the beginning of what shall follow. 3. ALL HOPE THAT WE SHOULD BE SAVED WAS THEN TAKEN AWAY: During this TEMPEST ALL HOPE OF BEING SAVED WILL BE TAKEN AWAY. A gross darkness will have descended upon the American population. Bewilderment and confusion and devastation will have consumed the nation. It will be a time of hopelessness for the survivors. Dear friends, again, I am not building these things up in my mind so you can have a nice horror story to watch, I am telling you what the Scriptures say, and how the Holy Spirit is revealing what is to come before it happens, so that when it does come you will know that the Lord is in it. And knowing that the Lord is in it, you must know that in the midst of every crisis there is an opportunity. We will now look at the opportunity in the midst of this major crisis as is revealed in the Word.

 Act 27:21  But after long abstinence Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened unto me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss.

 

1. BUT AFTER LONG ABSTINENCE PAUL STOOD FORTH IN THE MIDST OF THEM, AND SAID: It is time for the APOSTLE TO SPEAK! You see, in the midst of this tempestuous storm called Euroclydon, there will be the SONS OF GOD! God will not have abandoned this world, but will have left in it a remnant of sons, who will come forth with the brightness of His Glory and will have something to say! Glory Hallelujah!!!  Oh GREAT THINGS will take place when a man or woman of God is present! Even in the midst of the grosses darkness wherein there is no hope, the man or woman of God will stand up with a message from the throne! The first thing they will say is;


2. SIRS, YOU SHOULD HAVE HEARKENED TO ME: Yes, the Apostles and Prophets will have their say to those who refused to listen who have survived the storm thus far. America, you should have listened to the voice of the prophets! You should have taken heed when they told you, you were not ready to make war with anyone until your own defilement was cleansed from the land, but you would not! Now because you would not listen your lives are in jeopardy and your nation destroyed! America, you would not have gained this harm and loss if you would have given your hearts to the King of the universe Jesus the Christ from Nazareth! You would not have been destroyed if you had not given yourself to idolatry and lust and fornication! You would not have suffered if you had not opened your borders to false religions and philosophies. No! You should have kept guard over what I gave to you and not allowed the spirit of seduction and deception to have gained access into your palaces. But you did! And because of it you now are in the condition you are in. Nevertheless…..

 Act 27:22  And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of [any man's] life among you, but of the ship.

1. AND NOW I EXHORT YOU TO BE OF GOOD CHEER: In light of all that was taking place it must have sounded preposterous to have heard such a statement, nevertheless the Apostle had a Word from God! If you can receive this you will be well in the days ahead. There will be shouts of cheer when America is destroyed, NOT BY HER ENEMIES, but by the saints of God! For this time will usher in the saints and sons of God who will do exploits! This is the time when the dominion will be taken away from the fourth Beast of Daniel seven. Listen to the WORD: Rev 18:20  Rejoice over her, [thou] heaven, and [ye] holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her. If Gods people understood the meaning behind the collapse of America and the rest of the world systems, they would have reason to rejoice. The America that we speak of collapsing and being destroyed is an America that has abandoned God and has given herself over to the powers of darkness. This is good cause for it to be destroyed. The saints who have held to their faith in Jesus Christ will rejoice over the fall because they know the time has come to take the dominion and establish the Kingdom! Oh Praise God for His glorious plan!! A great restoration will take place after the fall!


2. FOR THERE SHALL BE NO LOSS OF ANY MANS LIFE AMONG YOU: When we consider the times we are in and understand that we are living in the prophetic Third Day, and THE DAY OF THE LORD, we can see a picture emerge within the dispensation called the Millennial Reign Of Christ. It is during this One Thousand Year period of time that Satan will be BOUND and death will have no place upon the planet! Those who survive the storm will gain entrance into the Kingdom of Jesus Christ and will live out their days, the storm having no power over them.


3. BUT OF THE SHIP: The ship will be lost! All of Americas systems will have collapsed and all of her TITANIC like abilities will have sunk! There will be nothing remaining after this storm, much like, yet more so, KATRINA.

 

 Act 27:23  For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve, The Angels of God are moving throughout the earth even now and they have a message from the Lord, to impart to His people. Supernatural provision is being transferred to the saints through these Angelic beings sent from God. Notice that Paul Knew whose he was, and whom he served. This must be the way of the sons of God! The sons and daughters must know who they are and whose they are! Imagine the spiritual power that comes from KNOWING! Yes dear saint of God, God your Father knows you and your name is recorded in heaven, yet the Lord will speak your name in the earth so that men may know the will of God.

 

 

 Act 27:24  Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee.

 

I close this part of the message with what the Angel said to Paul, and so I say to you, FEAR NOT! Remember, fear always breeds desperation and desperation gives way to bad decision making. While the world goes through the tempestuous storm, Christ will be the ARK of salvation to those who know Him. We must be ready to make wise decisions and have a word in season during these dark and cloudy days. The one thing that breaks the yoke of fear is FAITH WORKING BY LOVE! Be diligent to be found of Him in peace dear saints and strive intentionally to be of GOOD CHEER.
