PROPHETIC EXPOSITION 2010 – NO ADMISSION CHARGE

There will be no cost to attend the Expo for those who have made their reservations for Prophetic Exposition 2010.  Your only expense for the Expo will be for either a room at the Inn, rental of a cabin, RV, or camping site, and for the meals provided by Roaring River Inn & Conference Center for the Expo.  In order for the Conference Center to make adequate preparations for the daily conference meals, meals each day will be prepared for the attendees based solely upon PRIOR RESERVATION for the Expo.  At this point in time, plans are for dinner on Friday beginning at 6:00 p. m. before the start of the Expo at 7:00 p. m.  Breakfast and lunch will be served on Saturday, and breakfast served on Sunday by the Conference Center staff.  All other meals, snacks, or dining will be up to each attendee of the Expo.  Each attendee of the Expo will be responsible for paying for their meals as scheduled and prepared by Roaring River Inn and Conference Center while attending the Expo.  In order to attend the Expo, please go to http://www.newwineministry.net/ and click on “Prophetic Exposition 2010 SignUp” on the top of the screen.  To return to the Expo site information click on “Conference”.  Prophetic Exposition 2010 is being offered and sponsored by New Wine Ministry.

Breakfast Buffet:  Consists of fresh fruits, breakfast pastries, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, shredded hash browns, skillet fries, pancakes or french toast, coffee, tea, and water.  Cost per person: $8.79 plus tax and gratuity

Lunch Buffet:  Consists of deli shaved smoked turkey, roast beef, swiss and American cheeses, lettuce, tomato, onion, & pickle tray, variety of sandwich breads, accompaniments, homemade potato salad or coleslaw, potato chips. Dessert, coffee, tea, or canned soda will be included.  Cost per person: $11.50 plus tax & gratuity

Dinner Buffet:  Fried chicken, turkey & dressing, mashed potatoes & gravy, candied yams, green beans, baked beans along with a dinner salad and home-baked rolls.  Dessert, coffee, tea, or canned soda included in the price.  Cost per persons: $14.95 plus tax & gratuity

Note:  No outside food is allowed to be brought into the Conference Center by the rules of Roaring River State Park.

RESERVATIONS

Call today to make your lodging reservations for Prophetic Exposition 2010.  Expo seating, Inn rooms, cabins, RV and tent camping sites are available only while they last.  If all local lodging has been taken, the city of Cassville, Missouri and a few places between Roaring River and Cassville might be an option.  All these accommodations fill up quickly in the summer months, so if you plan on being at the Expo, make your reservations for lodging ASAP!

Standard rooms: $93.00 per night

Balcony rooms: $106.00 per night

Kitchenette Suites: $121.00 per night

Cabin Rates

Rates range from $129.00 to $139.00 per night and sleep from 2 to 6 people depending upon the cabin rented and the sleeping quarters needed.

Fishing

Resident and Non-resident License: $7.00 daily;  adult tags are $3.00;   ages 15 and under are $2.00 daily; rod rental is $5.00 per day for everyone.

Camping

Basic sites: $13.00 per night

Electric sites: $21.00 per night

Sewer/Water/Electric sites: $26.00 per night

Camping for Sr. citizen (65 or older) or disabled
